Shipping policy

All items are dispatched in a strong cardboard tube to ensure they are delivered in perfect condition.

We dispatch over 99% of items within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Delivery times in the UK are usually 2 - 3 days but please allow up to 5 days for delivery as 3rd party postal services (we use Royal Mail) can occasionally cause delays beyond our control. Items are tracked. 

Shipping to locations outside the UK will mean delivery times may be longer. We aim for 90% of products to be delivered within 5 days but cannot guarantee this time due to local postal services in some countries being erratic.

In the unlikely event you have not received your product in a reasonable time based on the above guidelines email us at admin@footballstadiummaps.com and we will resolve any issues.

Response time is Sunday through to Saturday 9 am to 6pm UK time.
